VERA’s minimum order is three items. Quantities across different products count toward the minimum, so review the total item count before checkout.
Understand delivery timing and fees
Delivery within the UAE is typically 24–48 hours. The stated fee is AED 20–30 depending on the area. VERA does not currently publish free delivery. Western Region and border-area destinations may need a special arrangement.
Check the order when it arrives
Confirm the product names, quantities, and condition before opening. If anything is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact VERA promptly with the order number, a clear description, and supporting photos where appropriate.
Keep return information nearby
The stated return window is 3–7 days, subject to eligibility. Products must remain securely closed, unopened, unused, and undamaged, and the original or electronic invoice is required. Read the full Returns page before sending anything back.
